Katya's Baking Goods order updates.
How you opt in
When you place an order on www.katya-bakes.com and enter your phone number in the order form (either the cart for menu items or the custom order wizard), you are consenting to receive transactional SMS messages from us about that order. Providing your phone number is optional — you can choose email instead.
What messages you'll receive
- Order confirmation when we receive your order
- An update when Katya accepts or has questions about your order
- Pickup or delivery details
- Replies to messages you send us
We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Messages are transactional and tied to a specific order you placed.
Message frequency
Roughly 2–5 messages per order, plus any back-and-forth replies you initiate. We will not message you outside the context of an active order.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Katya's Baking Goods does not charge for the messages themselves.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time and you will be unsubscribed immediately. Reply HELP for help, or email us at hi@katya-bakes.com. Once you opt out, we'll switch order communication for any active order to email if you provided one.
Privacy
We use your phone number only to communicate with you about your orders. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing. Phone numbers are stored in our order database alongside the order details and removed on request.
